Remote ECG monitoring of patients with possible arrhythmias (in particular AF) has become a standard part of my practice. The Atrio platform from Alerte Digital Health has brought remote monitoring to a new level – Upload of ECG data from multiple different device manufacturers, an AI system to improve diagnostics, and an ultra-simple reporting module. The AI is really good, meaning I don’t have to wade through mountains of ECG artifact to find a real arrhythmia. Management of my AF patients has become so much easier.
